• No thermal bridges
As a Certified Passive House Builder, we understand sustainable living. We have the knowledge and skills to build a home that is healthy, energy efficient and ultimately, cost effective. The benefits of a passive house range from optimising natural light and warmth to ensuring clean air whilst having an airtight house. This results in reducing heating and cooling costs, whilst maintaining a healthy and comfortable environment all throughout the year.
We work closely with a certified Passive House architect to ensure your house is designed and built in adherence with the Passive House Guidelines. This means we can guide and assist you from the design stages, to the custom construction of your build.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A PASSIVE HOUSE?
The design of an air tight house allows continued, filtered ventilation whilst ensuring moisture is not retained within the house.
Indoor temperature will sit at 20°-25°C, maintaining comfortable living.
Air tight construction eliminates mould, condensation, cold spots and air leakage.
Windows that don’t always need to be opened – clean, fresh air can still be maintained through the ventilation filtering system, allowing clean air, controlled temperature and humidity levels. Additionally, it will protect against smoke, pollens and air pollutants from outdoors. You will reap benefits all year round as the ventilation system does the work for you, saving energy and costs.
